Here at O’Shea we believe that the entire experience should be wonderful! Not only do we make amazing all-natural products that are healthy for you, but we also have excellent customer service.


We will always do our best to help you. You are important to us! That is why we have created Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Information. We hope this helps and will update the topics as needed.

US SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5-7 business days (business days does not include weekends) unless otherwise noted in description of product. All orders are shipped UPS Ground! Please be mindful that UPS may be experiencing delays that are beyond the control of O’Shea resulting in receiving your package 2-5 business days after your tracking information has been sent.


  • O’Shea is not responsible for stolen packages.

  • Orders that are returned to sender because of incorrect address will result in the customer paying the reshipping fee.

  • During warmer months it is highly recommended that your product is delivered to a location indoors. Due to the product being just like "butter" hot temperatures will cause it to melt. We are not responsible for your product melting in transit.

  • If your products do melt, pop it in the refrigerator till solid.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is NOT available at this time.


PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS?

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example, settling & clumping).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at support@osheaskincare.net. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of order delivery. Customer is responsible for paying shipping.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the scent.
